Average Install Times:
Lite Series: 1.5 hours
Pro Series w/ scale: 3-4 hours
No cutting, welding, or drilling required.
Mount the brackets, sensors, and scales (if purchased). For Pro Series kits, you'll need to remove your manual pressure valve and install the BestBale™ control valve.
Mount the monitor in the cab with the provided RAM® size C hardware, then connect it to 12v power.
Secure the wire harness to the existing baler harness, and plug each connection into clearly marked connectors. A quick disconnect plug behind the cab makes baler removal fast.
Stroke Counter: Offers strokes per minute and strokes per bale
Bale Tie: Provides bales per field (resettable)
Flake Counter (optional): Counts each hay dog cycle and provides a true, flakes per bale indicator.
Manual Mode: Set the pressure and monitor your bale weights, making any adjustments manually.
Auto Mode: Enter your target weight and watch the Pro Series automatically control the pressure to maintain that weight.
Monitor your last 8 bale weights and your 8 bale average weight with our flat drop or 1/4 turn scales to make immediate pressure adjustments.
The Gazeeka™ 180 system uses microwave technology to provide very accurate moisture updates.
Delmhorst™ moisture pads provide instant readings on the left and right side of the bale.
Enhance your baler with a camera, knotter light kit, or automatic knotter lubrication system for an even more streamlined operation.

Our electronic control units replace outdated mechanical counters, providing precise tracking and control. We run advanced algorithms so you can get the most accurate crop information in the industry.
